conversation of the Day... summer school edition

Summer school is here and I have 12 kids with multiple disabilities and for the most part fairly low functioning. However there are still some amusing moments.

Part 1: the journal question

Today's Journal question: "What is your favorite thing about summer?"

student: "No school!"
Me: You're in summer school"
Student: "Oh man"

Part 2: jokes worse then mine

Student (through communication device) "Want to hear a knock, knock joke?"

Me: "Sure"

Student: "Knock, Knock"

Me: "Who's there?"

Student: "Pencil"

Me: "Pencil who?"

Student: "Your pencil fall down if you wear them so low"

Student: "Ha Ha Ha, Ha Ha Ha" (which is awesome because the computer is laughing for him while he has a huge smile on his face)
