A friend of my mine told me about one of her students transition goals. It is realistic and and even gave a time frame for when he planned on achieving it.

'one of my students made a goal today that he wanted to be a death metal guitarist. when asked what steps he would take, he said "channel an evil spirit"
of course, i let him keep it and will be putting it in his portfolio. gold, pure gold!'
